CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - A tractor trailer caught fire in the southbound lanes of Interstate 75 in Clayton County Wednesday morning, causing major traffic delays in the area.
It happened after 8;30 a.m. Clayton County fire officials tweeted images of the scene, located between Forest Parkway and Bob White Trail.
The fire forced commuters to find alternative routes. Crews worked for two hours to clean up the mess.
No reports of any injuries.
The cause of the incident is still under investigation.
