Police: Emaciated dog found tied to tree in DeKalb County

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Police need help locating the owner of an emaciated dog found tied to a tree in Lithonia this month. 

According to police, the dog was found at the Arabian Mountain Nature Center on March 10 around 1 p.m. Police said animal control responded to the location after someone found the pup tied to a tree. 

Now, police are trying to locate the dog's owner.
