DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - A DeKalb County judge has handed down a life sentence to a Lithonia man accused of raping and pimping underage girls.
Police arrested 30-year-old Robert Tate in 2014 on charges of forcing two 16-year old runaways into prostitution.
He was also accused of sexually assaulting one of the girls, who was five months pregnant at the time.
A jury convicted Tate on multiple counts last week.
