Suspect in Norcross double shooting caught at Gwinnett County hotel

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - A 21-year-old man is in custody after police say they identified him as the suspect in a deadly double shooting in Gwinnett County.
Tyreun Whitaker, 21, is facing charges of malice murder, felony murder, two counts of aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
What we know:
According to GCPD, officers found a deceased female and an injured male at the scene when they arrived in the area of 1800 Ardsley Place at around 10 a.m. on Saturday.
The man was taken to the hospital.
On Monday, investigators identified the woman as 26-year-old Kevnna Robinson.
Police believe this was an "isolated domestic" incident.
Authorities say they identified Whitaker as a suspect during their investigation. He was arrested with the help of Acworth Police and Cobb County SWAT at a hotel in Acworth.
Whitaker is now in custody at the Gwinnett County Jail.
