FOX 5 is gathering details about a 4-year-old child who was shot just before 4:30 p.m. at Highlands at East Atlanta apartments.
Police tell us the child was playing outside when he was struck by gun fire. Officer continue to gather statements from witnesses in the area.
Three men were involved in the shooting. No arrests have been made at this time.
The child is in stable condition at Eggleston Hospital.
