LIVE BLOG: Severe weather moving in to metro Atlanta, North Georgia

The unsettled weather continues in metro Atlanta and North Georgia. 

The FOX 5 Storm Team says the strongest storms Friday afternoon could produce damaging wind gusts, heavy rain, frequent lightning and small hail. While showers and storms will remain scattered, any storm that develops could become severe.

The forecast is supposed to improve later Friday evening as storms move out, leaving warm and muggy conditions overnight.
