ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - One of the two suspects accused in a brutal sexual assault and murder appeared in a Fulton County courtroom for a preliminary hearing Friday.
Anthony Laquan Goss, 29, who has been charged with kidnapping, rape, and felony murder, sat and listened to investigators testifying in court. Investigators outlined the details of the incident on Aug. 21.
Investigators said Goss and an accomplice ambushed a man and two women at the Vesta Adams Park Apartments on Delowe Drive around 6 a.m. and forced them to perform sexual acts before shooting one of the women in the head, killing here.
According to police, two of the victims are roommates. The third victim was staying with them at the time of the attack. All three victims are in their 20s.
Goss and his accomplice remained behind bars Friday.
