DULUTH, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Police have released new images and video of suspects in the death of a 31-year-old at the InTown Suites along Steve Reynolds Boulevard late last month.
Around 9:15 p.m. on Aug. 29, Gwinnett County police said they found the body of Ivan Pastor-Vital, who died from apparent gunshot wounds, in a room on the third floor. Investigators said hotel surveillance video showed four people leaving the room where the shooting took place. They have since been identified as Geraldy Gomez, 24, and Jonathan Gonzalez, 26. Their whereabouts and the whereabouts of their two children is still not known.
Police said Geraldy Gomez has an active warrant for drug possession while Jonathan Gonzalez has a prior misdemeanor warrant for probation violation on a traffic offense.
Thursday, police released video of two men as they entered the lobby of the hotel. They are hoping someone will recognize the suspects and call investigators.
Police said the first suspect is about 6 feet tall and weighs between 250 and 300 pounds. The second suspect is about 5-feet-6 to 5-feet-9-inches tall with a full sleeve tattoo on both arms, police said.
