GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Authorities made several drug busts and multiple arrests in Gwinnett County Wednesday morning.
One bust happened at a home on Brent River Drive. The Gwinnett Metro Task Force first arrived on the scene around 6 a.m. Police couldn't confirm exactly what type of drugs were found in the home, but officers could be seen carrying out about one dozen large bags full of what appeared to be marijuana plants.
Investigators said, "a lot" of arrests were made at the first scene. Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to the scene, including Lilburn Police and Lawrenceville Police.

Investigators said the busts are just two of about 18 locations the Gwinnett Metro Task Force went out to Wednesday morning at 6 a.m. According to the Task Force's Lt. Jake Parker, at least nine to 10 have been "grow" houses.
Authorities have arrested nine people so far, Parker said.
