Three arrested in Clayton County choking death
CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. - Three people are behind bars in Clayton County accused in the choking death of a man.
Deputies said Courtney Cherry placed the victim, Cory Thomas, in a deadly chokehold inside a Riverdale home back in March.
Investigators said Mr. Cherry's wife, Cordelia Cherry, and his brother, Kindall Cherry, witnessed the murder, but didn't call 911.
The three were taken into custody Tuesday.
