ROSWELL, Ga. - For more than three decades, metro Atlanta area parents trusted a Roswell piano teacher to instruct their children.
This week, authorities said that instructor violated that trust by allegedly molesting two of those children.
Charged in the case is 55-year-old Troy Lawrence Palmer. For the past 13 years, police said he gave music lessons out of his home.
Officer Lisa Holland revealed that two males, who are now adults, have come forward to say they were taken to a private area in the Palmer home and molested.
It is a joint investigation between the Roswell Police Department and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Agents could be seen at the north Roswell home Thursday afternoon executing a search warrant.
Earlier, Palmer was taken into custody charged with two counts of sexual molestation.
Officer Holland said there may be other victims. She urged them to contact police.
