Police: Person critically injured after being hit by car in Roswell

ROSWELL, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A person is recovering after Roswell police say a driver hit them with a car.

The accident happened a little before 11:30 Saturday night near the intersection of Alpharetta and Green streets.

According to police, the victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Police say the driver was not injured, and they're still investigating exactly how the accident happened.
