Police: Employees shot Snapchat video of stroke victim titled 'The End'

JEFFERSON, Ga. - Three employees of a senior living facility are in jail on Monday accused of exploiting an elderly and disabled woman.

The Jefferson Police Chief says the women were supposed to be monitoring a woman who'd just had a stroke. Instead, he says they shot a video of her where they used profanity and made obscene gestures.

In the video, police say three nursing home employees are laughing, giggling, and using a vape, all the while a 76-year-old woman in laying behind them in bed waiting for a nurse to arrive because she just had a stroke.

As if the video wasn't bad enough, police say the women put the caption "The End" on the bottom with a laughing face emoji.

Police say this happened last month inside the Bentley Assisted Living Facility at Northminster.

Jefferson police arrested the two facility employees seen on the video along with a third employee they say filmed the video – 21-year-olds Jorden Bruce and Mya Moss and 19-year-old Lizethu Cervantes-Ramirez – for exploiting an elderly patient.

According to the incident report obtained by Fox 5 News, a fellow employee saw the Snapchat video and alerted the facility director.
