Police: 3 people shot, 1 killed at Bibb County house party

Two people are in the hospital and one person is dead after a shooting at a house party in Bibb County early Sunday morning.

Officials say the shooting happened on Ibex Street just after 1 a.m. on Sunday.

During the party police say an argument started and one of the guests pulled a firearm and fired multiple shots.

Two of the victims, 25-year-old Ramone Dawann Smith and 27-year-old Jessica Monique Fullwood, have been transported to the hospital after being shot in the right knee and left foot respectively. They are both in stable condition at this time.

The third victim, 21-year-old Monterrius Malik Dugger, was shot twice in the chest, officials said. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Authorities say that the suspect, who has not been named, fled the scene before they arrived. He is described as being a black male who was wearing dark clothes.
