Georgia College officials tell FOX5 that all campus dining facilities willl re-open Thursday morning after several students reported stomach pain.

According to a release from Georgia College, the school began getting reports of a number of students reporting stomach pain and gastrointestinal symptoms. The school contacted health officials, and now epidemiologists are investigating the outbreak.

The Baldwin County Health Department conducted testing and concluded that there are no concerns that would prevent the college from operating normally.

Out of caution, all dining facilities on Georgia College's campus were closed yesterday----and all but the Lunch Box will be open for business today.

In a statement from the school, they reminded everyone that it is cold and virus season and encrouage students and staff to take necessary precautions to help prevent the spread of sickness.

School officials are asking any student experiencing stomach pains or gastrointestinal symptoms to visit Student Health Services at the Wellness and Recreation Center.
