Victims of a motel shooting are on edge and confused by their streak of bad luck.

Ricky Johnson and David Wells said two men fired multiple shots at their van Monday during an attempted robbery at the Motel 6 on Lawrenceville Highway.

Johnson said one bullet grazed his back and he had to be treated at a hospital. The shooting also caused Johnson and Wells to wreck their van into two other cars in the motel's parking lot.

"They tried to block us in so I immediately thought he had a gun. I needed to get out of there. So, my only option was to throw the car in reverse." Johnson said. "I floored it and there were just gunshots."

They told FOX 5 the men ran away.

This is the second time someone has violated the pair. Someone stole their car from a Motel 6 in Gwinnett County last month.
