Man sitting in car victim of deadly shooting in DeKalb County

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - DeKalb County Police are searching for the gunman who fatally shot a man sitting in a car.

It happened around 7 p.m. Friday at the Willow Ridge Apartments in Decatur.

Officers said the victim was shot several times.

Medics rushed him to the hospital where he died.

Investigators said no arrests have been made. No word on any possible suspects.

The name of the man has not been released.
