Man arrested for sexually assaulting disabled man

ATLANTA - An Uber Eats driver is arrested, accused of sexually assaulting a mentally disabled man.

Atlanta Police said Todd Barron attacked the 21-year-old victim in a bathroom at the downtown restaurant No Mas Cantina last month.

The victim's father said his son is autistic and has the mental capacity of a 14-year-old.

Barron was charged with aggravated sodomy and exploitation of a disabled adult.
