Henry County man arrested after deadly shooting

MCDONOUGH, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Police in Henry County have charged a man with involuntary manslaughter after a deadly shooting.

It happened along Jodeco Road in Stockbridge Wednesday. Henry County Police said Matthew Pineda was shot and killed.

Ajai Allen was in possession of the gun when it went off and hit Pineda, according to police.

He has been booked into the Henry County Jail.
