A Fulton County school official said late Tuesday that they believe the two people responsible for vandalizing a Roswell High School practice field have been charged.

UPDATED: 3 charged in Roswell High School vandalism

According to a video shared with FOX 5 by the Fulton County School District, someone in a black pickup truck did donuts on the field Friday evening, causing significant damage.

The Roswell and West Forsyth High School football teams were scheduled to play each other that night, but the game was canceled because of weather.

"Like you, I am frustrated and upset about the vandalism that was done to the band practice field on Friday evening. I know how much work our students put into marching band and I am also aware of the time, talent, and treasure that our band parents put into the program, including the folks who went to the school on Saturday to try and make the field usable," said Roswell High School Principal Robert Shaw in a letter to parents.  "Finding those responsible is the priority for both Fulton and Forsyth County Schools. I truly want to thank all of you for the hard work and support, not only of our band program, but of all the students of Roswell High School."

Those responsible could face charges of criminal damage to government property.
