Fulton County jail cell catches fire
ATLANTA - A fire started in a jail cell at the Fulton County Jail around 2:15 .p.m., according to the Atlanta Fire Department.
About 40 firefighters responded and smoke could be seen coming from the cell.
The fire was contained in an area, and investigators are trying to figure out how the fire started. A portion of the cell block had to be evacuated.
Fire officials deem this as a single alarm fire, and it is currently under investigation.
