Firefighters find body in Chattahoochee River in Cobb County
COBB COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Firefighters pulled a body from the Chattahoochee river Saturday, according to a Cobb County Fire spokesperson.
Officials told FOX 5, the body was found near the intersection of Akers Mill Road and Powers Ferry Road.
No word on how long the body was in the water.
Sandy Springs Fire and Police, along with Cobb County Police are on the scene investigating.
