Dragon Con co-founder to remain behind bars without bond
GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Dragon Con co-founder and convicted child molester Edward Kramer will remain behind bars.
Authorities have accused Kramer of taking a photo of a 7-year-old boy without permission.
Tuesday morning, Kramer appeared in court to a face a charge of a registered sex offender taking a picture with a minor.
A judge determined there was probably cause to send his case to the Superior Court.
The judge also denied him bond.
Officers arrested Kramer last month after he allegedly took a photo of the boy without permission at a Lawrenceville doctor's office.
