Delta employees dedicate 2 Habitat for Humanity homes

ATLANTA - Delta Airlines employs came together Friday afternoon to hand over the keys to two brand new homes.

It was part of the company's partnership with Habitat for Humanity.

About 600 Delta employees worked over the course of 10 days to construct the homes which are right next door to each other in southeast Atlanta.

Delta said this particular project came with a unique twist.

Both construction projects were funded by the company's in-flight recycling program.

According to Delta, the homes dedicated during Friday's event are the 260th and 261st employees have built with Habitat for Humanity.
