- A Rabun County teacher is accused of being drunk at his school's prom last weekend.

According to a police incident report, a Clayton Police officer responded to the Civic Center on May 5 in reference to a teacher being intoxicated at Rabun County High School's prom.

The responding officer said the teacher, identified as 32-year-old John Kilby, had bloodshot, watery eyes, and smelled like alcohol.
