Arrest made in deadly house party shooting in Cobb County
COBB COUNTY, Ga. - Cobb County Police have arrested the person wanted in connection with a deadly shooting at a house party.
Austin Postell, 19, of Hiram, was charged Thursday with felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Postell was booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center without bond.
Investigators said Postell shot and killed 20-year-old Rodeney Koen during a party at a home on Hunter Road in Powder Springs early Saturday morning.
Loved ones said Koen had plans of going into the military and leaves behind eight brothers and sisters.
