Mom of music superstar Usher cooks up new Atlanta business

Her son is known for generating plenty of heat on the music charts, with some of the biggest pop and R&B hits of the past twenty years.  Now, Jonnetta Patton -- mother of superstar Usher and owner of JPat Management -- is heating up Atlanta's restaurant scene with a new business venture of her own.

Patton recently opened J's Kitchen Culinary Incubator, LLC, a unique business which offers support to those in the Metro Atlanta restaurant scene.  Located in a 21,000-square foot facility in Doraville, J's Kitchen includes several kitchen spaces along with conference rooms and work stations for aspiring restaurateurs in need of a helping hand while building his or her brand and business.  Patton says the goal is to help small business owners become successful in Atlanta's thriving culinary scene.

Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken spent the morning getting an exclusive tour of J's Kitchen with Jonnetta Patton, and learning more about the services it provides.
