Local costume shop extends hours for Dragon Con

ATLANTA - It's been open since 1990, which means Costumes, Etc… has been through a lot of Dragon Con weekends.  So staffers there are preparing for what they already know will be a very busy couple of days.

Costumes, Etc… is operating under extended hours on September 2-3, opening at 10 a.m. and remaining open until 8 p.m.  Visitors can also save 10% on their purchase that weekend by presenting their Dragon Con 2016 badge. 

The costume shop, located just off of Cheshire Bridge Road in Atlanta, takes up 17,000 square feet and is filled with more than 50,000 items, including costumes, masks, makeup, and more.  Dragon Con, of course, is the massive convention that draws thousands of sci-fi and fantasy fans to downtown Atlanta each year, celebrating the genres in films, television, comics, and gaming.
