ATLANTA - You always know jumping on a trampoline can be a lot of fun – but did you know it can also add to a great workout?
Buckhead fitness studio DEFINE: Atlanta is now offering DEFINE bounce – a 45-minute exercise class using weights, resistance bands, and mini-trampolines. Instructors say the class is high-intensity and low-impact – meaning clients will burn fat and work up a good sweat, while also minimizing forceful impact on the body’s joints. Along with DEFINE bounce, DEFINE: Atlanta also offers the popular DEFINE mind “hammock yoga” classes previously featured on Good Day Atlanta.
