4 cups shredded aged cheddar
1/2 chopped piquillo peppers
1/2 chopped single Serrano chili
1/4 cup dukes mayo
Salt and pepper to taste, mix.
8 cups diced Granny Smith apples
1/2tsp fresh grated nutmeg
1/2tsp fresh ground clove
1/2 tsp fresh ground cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
1 peel of an orange
Combine all in pot, low heat for 30min.
