Javon Walton is the next big thing. At just 10 years old, he's a champion in both boxing and gymnastics. His dedication in the ring won him State Silver Glove competitions and he's now looking at the Junior Olympics.
His parents support his ambitions, but had to find a way to keep him in school. There's where the Gwinnett Online Campus came into play. As part of Gwinnett County Public Schools, the program is an option for students Grades 4 through 12 that makes it possible for kids to get an education and travel too.
Javon's Mother says "It gives us the curriculum, we have the support, the teachers are available everyday".
Javon is a straight "A" student. Because of his dedication to both sports and academics, he's been chosen to be interviewed for an upcoming documentary on Muhammed Ali.
