Drivers will notice the sign near the intersection of Colquitt Road and Northridge Road, just off of Georgia 400.

The billboard includes a large picture of 71-year-old Kay Thomasson, who was found dead on June 27 in her home on Old Woodbine Road.

“Our mom was such a loving member of this community for over 40 years. All of us went to school here. We know this is a community that takes care of their neighbors and we are asking you now to help take care of one who mattered greatly to us, " said Thomasson's daughter, Katie Gryglas, with tears in her eyes at a news conference Monday morning.

Sandy Springs Police have released surveillance video from Thomasson's home, in hopes of someone recognizing the man seen in the footage. According to police, the suspect is also responsible for taking Thomasson's 2012 Kia Sorrento, which was found at an apartment complex in Chamblee.

The suspect is described as a black male with a medium build. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sandy Springs Police Department or Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477.

Police are offering a reward of $100,000 for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
