Rapper Travis Scott has signed on to play with Maroon 5 for the Super Bowl halftime show in Atlanta.

Scott is one of the biggest names in music right now.

According to TMZ.com, Maroon 5 is also in talks with several other artists, including Cardi B and Outkast's Big Boi.

Super Bowl officials have been slammed for passing over Atlanta rappers in favor of a mainstream band, making it hard for Maroon 5 to land other performers.

Super Bowl LIII is February 3 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
