Douglas Co vs Allatoona - Call of the Week
Another good one in Class AAAAAA. It is the first meeting between the Allatoona Buccaneers (5-5) and the Douglas County Tiges (7-3). Allatoona hadn't allowed a point in three weeks, meanwhile Tigers score a bunch.
North Gwinnett vs Norcross – Call of the Week
Another region championship battle, this time in AAAAAAA Region 7 between North Gwinnett and Norcross is this week's Call of the Week.
Walton vs Osborne - Call of the Week
The Walton Raiders have been putting up a ton of points this season. Going 40-plus in five of their eight games so far. It is going to be a tough task for the Osborne Cardinals as they welcome the Raiders to the other side of Marietta in this AAAAAAA Region 5 matchup.
Carrollton vs Westlake – Call of the Week
The winner of this game could go on to claim the top spot in AAAAAAA Region 2. Carrollton and Westlake battled it out on the field as 680 The Fan’s Karl Werl and Doug Konkel called it from the press box and FOX 5 photojournalist Eli Jordan captured all the action from the sidelines.
Walton vs Kennesaw Mountain - Call of the Week
Kennesaw Mountain faces its biggest opponent of the year in Walton. The Raiders had been rolling until last week. It’s a big AAAAAAA Region 5 in this week’s Call of the Week.
Trinity X vs Whitewater - Call of the Week
Trinity Christian won the Class A-Private State Title last year and this season have been bumped up to Class AAAA. They've cruised through region play, so far, but were up against seventh-ranked Whitewater.
Rabun County vs Fellowship - Call of the Week
The third-ranked Rabun County Wildcats have a new head coach and new quarterback this season, but haven’t missed a beat. They've outscored opponents by an average of 26 points per game. They tried to keep it rolling in Roswell against Fellowship Christian.
Hughes vs Douglas County - Call of the Week
The 680 The Fan Call of the Week is a battle between the top two teams in AAAAAA Region 5. At 55 points per game, the Langston Hughes Panthers have been steamrolling anyone in their path so far this season. Could they keep it up against Douglas County?
