ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - It's still more than a year away but preps are already underway for the 2020 Final Four Tournament.
Atlanta's Basketball Host Committee joined officials from the NCAA on Thursday to reveal the 2020 Final Four logo.
The design is a subtle nod to the tournament's host city.
The shape is inspired by a Phoenix, a symbol for the city of Atlanta.
The 2020 tournament will mark the fifth time Atlanta has hosted the Final Four.
Organizers said the city is once again likely to see an economic boost from the marquee tournament.
The Final Four Tournament is set to take place from April 4 through April 6 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
