Charleston couple evacuates on their wedding weekend

ATLANTA - No dress, no cake, and no wedding reception, at least for now. A couple from Charleston, South Carolina have emotions running high thanks to Florence.

On one hand, they are having to deal with the disappointment of having to reschedule a wedding, which is a huge undertaking on normal circumstances. On the other hand, they face uncertainty about what they will find when they return home.

Abraham Jenkins and Varnita Kennedy sat down with FOX 5’s Marissa Mitchell on what should have been their wedding weekend, which turned into a weekend getaway, or evacuation rather.
