Club photographs lead to the arrest of a gunman who shot and killed a bystander.

Atlanta Police have filed a murder charge against Anthony Parkman, a bar patron.

He is accused of killing Emeka Onyekwe.

Authorities say on October 5, Onyekwe drove to a bar on Tula Street in Buckhead. He never got inside.

Police say Parkman and others allegedly took their dispute which began inside the club out to the parking lot. Weapons were pulled and shots rang out. Onyekwe had just stepped out of his vehicle when he got hit in the crossfire.

Investigators discovered on that night a photographer was taking pictures. They examined his file and was able to narrow in on Parkman as their suspect.

APD public affairs director describe it as a "terrible set of circumstances" because Onyekwe had no part in the argument.
