Located in what used to be a funeral home on Mimosa Boulevard is The Mill Kitchen and Bar. They specialize in what they describe as a contemporary spin on classic American comfort food. On the menu are popular items like Shrimp and Grits, Deviled Eggs, Pecan Crusted Trout, and Pimento Cheese Fritters.
Sounds pretty good, huh?
While the staff at #BurgersWithBuck is tempted to think outside the bun on occasion, we know where our bun is buttered.
There are three burgers on the menu, the BBQ Burger, the Mill Burger, and the Roswell Burger. This week we feature their signature Mill Burger which is made up of two six-ounce 100% Prime Certified Angus Beef patties, house-made pimento cheese, bacon marmalade, arugula, and B&B pickles served on a locally made Brioche bun.
It is big and it is delicious.
