Burgers with Buck: Bantam and Biddy

When you think of Bantam and Biddy, you probably think of delicious chicken served in a variety of ways.  After all, all natural and pastured poultry is their specialty.  However, if you take a closer look at the menu, you’ll find meatloaf made with grass-fed beef from White Oak Pastures.  In other words, a delicious burger is not that much of a stretch.

In the spirit of competition, owner Shaun Doty has created a seasonal offering called the Hatch Chile Burger.  The competition is the Atlanta Magazine Best Burger Battle which takes place on Saturday (10/7) at Lenox Square.  More on that in a second.

Back to the Hatch Chile Burger…quality meat seared on the griddle with provolone cheese and homemade hatch chile salsa. Enough said! This will be his offering in the Best Burger Battle. It is being called Atlanta's premier burger cook-off featuring two dozen of the best local burger joints, bourbon, blues, and brews that the city has to offer.

It is an event so enticing that #BurgersWithBuck will be there.
