'Hedda' moves from the stage to the small screen
Tessa Thompson is winning rave reviews for her starring role in "Hedda," writer-director Nia DaCosta's new take on the Ibsen classic "Hedda Gabler." Thompson is being honored with a Distinguished Performance Award at this year’s SCAD Savannah Film Festival for her performance in the drama. Tom Bateman and Nina Hoss co-star as the husband and former lover caught in Hedda’s destructive spiral.
