Hamas, Fatah sign declaration in China

Rival Palestinian factions Hamas and Fatah signed a declaration in China on Tuesday. There are now new fears that China and other countries may be exploiting the political situation in the U.S. following the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump and President Biden's announcement that he won't run for re-election.
