Jamie Foxx spotted since hospitalization

For the first time in months, Oscar-award winning actor Jamie Foxx was spotted outside since he was hospitalized with a mysterious medical condition. Foxx was spotted over the weekend on top of a boat on the Chicago River. He smiled and waved to fans as he passed by. (Photo credit: TMZ)
