ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Dozens of super Bowl workers who claim they weren't paid for working the big game have taken their fight to court.
They gathered at the Fulton County Courthouse Monday morning with their attorneys to demand payment from the company Be Staffing.
The employees said they arrived early Monday morning to receive payment. It's been a slow process.
The group said representatives from Be Staffing were there but didn't bring checks.
Instead, the company reps told employees they could expect payment sometime in September.
The employees said their next step is to file a police report against the staffing company with the Atlanta Police Department.
