Assistant basketball coach charged with improper sexual contact

BANKS COUNTY, Ga. - A para-pro and assistant basketball coach has been taken into custody on charges of improper sexual contact, officials said.

According to the Banks County Sheriff's Office, Michael Stanley is facing charges regarding to incidents that involved an East Jackson High School female student. 

Stanley has been released on a $20,000

The investigation is ongoing.
