FOX 5 Meteorologist Ryan Beesley says the light showers will fade by early Sunday afternoon, but hit or miss T-Showers are still possible. The storms this afternoon won’t be a washout, but a brief downpour is possible. Don’t expect a lot of sunshine today, but areas that see some sunshine will be warmer than those that remain covered in clouds.

Saturday’s storms brought heavy rain, lightning, and winds up to 50 mph to the area. The National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Watch For Towns, Union, Lumpkin, White, Hambersham and Raburn Counties until 2am Monday.
