Thick fog will be an issue Tuesday morning in the wake of Monday's storms.  Use caution while driving.  Visibility can change drastically over a very short distance.

By Tuesday afternoon, gusty west-northwest winds will kick in. Those winds will begin to drive down the temperatures late Tuesday.  Additionally, scattered showers will develop for the afternoon and evening.

As temperatures tumble further Tuesday night, cold air will match up with moisture in far north Georgia to produce a period of light snow early Wednesday morning.  Light accumulations can be expected - generally 1/2" or less.
