HIGH 5 Team of the Year: The Rome Wolves

ATLANTA - The HIGH 5 Sports Team is happy, honored and proud to announce the Rome High School Wolves are the 2017 HIGH 5 Sports Team of the Year.

They had a 13-2 season with an emotional victory in the Georgia Dome over the Buford Wolves.

It’s Rome’s first state title in any support.

They went 8-4 in Coach Reed’s first season last year.

They went 13-2 this season and took home the State 5A Title.

“If you knew how much we worked, and you probably do, it feels so good to have a culmination of a championship. Because these kids deserve it and the coaching staff deserves it. They put every bit of it what they got, heart and soul in this whole season. Our team is so deserving,” said Coach Reed.
