MARIETTA, Ga. - The 680 The Fan Call of the Week has our friends Karl Werl and Doug Konkel has the call and Eli Jordan has the pictures from the Allatoona-Sprayberry game.

"Good evening, it is a beautiful fall night here in East Cobb as the gibbous moon rises. Tonight, we bring you a key a AAAAAA Region 6 matchup,
"The 2-4 Allatoona Buccaneers travel south from Acworth to face the 4-2 Yellow Jackets of Sprayberry. The students are ready, the cheerleaders are ready, and the players have their helmets and pads strapped on tight.
"Tate Tatum back under center, takes the quarterback keeper and he pushes it. It is a touchdown from one yard out. 7-0, ballgame.
"Tatum goes back under his center, Carter Francis. Toss sweep left side to Charles Anderson, cuts inside of the defender, across the 20, 25, turns on the jets at 30, 45, midfield, 40 of Sprayberry, at the 30 and still on his feet and ran out of bounds at the 12-yard line of the Sprayberry Yellow Jackets.
"Tatum hands to Charles Anderson and took it most of the way, he'll get the six as he punches it in, this time from only a yard out. 14-0, Allatoona.
"First down inside Sprayberry territory at the 45 yard line and they drive it up the middle with Charles Anderson, breaks through a big hole, takes it inside the 30, goes the far sideline and runs out of the bounds at the 23-yard line.
"Second and goal right on the doorstep of the Yellow Jackets. Under center is Tate Tatum. He will take the snap and bowl forward from behind. It is 24-3."
Allatoona will go on to win over Sprayberry, 56-49, pushing the Buccaneers to 3-1 in their region. Next week, they go on to battle region-rival Sequiyah who is also 3-4 overall and 3-1 in the region. Sprayberry heads to Woodstock to play River Ridge who is winless in the region.
