ATLANTA - As baseball season goes into full "swing," we'd like to introduce you to quite possibly the most adorable Braves fan ever.
Meet Wyatt! He's a super smart 2-year-old, who loves sports... especially baseball. Lately, he's also been into golf and basketball.
"My husband and I are both from Atlanta, so we love cheering for all of our local teams," Wyatt's mother, Jenn, told FOX 5.
Wyatt was born with a rare form of dwarfism and has been seeing a team of doctors at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta since he was born.
"He has a big personality in his little body," his mother said.
On Thursday, CHOA wished the Braves a happy "opening day," sharing a sweet photo of Wyatt decked out in baseball gear.
Wyatt's mom said they are hoping to take Wyatt to several Braves games this season.
The Braves kicked off the 2018 season on Thursday at SunTrust Park, and it was an opening day to remember. Nick Markakis delivered a three-run homer with two outs in the ninth inning, capping the Atlanta Braves' historic comeback from a five-run deficit that rocked the Philadelphia Phillies 8-5 and immediately turned up the heat on their new manager.
The game drew an announced crowd of 40,208.
