ATLANTA, Ga. - The Atlanta Falcons are helping feed the homeless this Thanksgiving week.
Tuesday, players donned an apron at locations across the Atlanta area. One of those players was defensive end Malliciah Goodman, who was at Crossroads Community Ministries in downtown Atlanta.
It's the seventh straight year the Falcons have taken part in the event. Goodman said he understand what it's like to be away from your family around the holidays.
Roughly 300 people were fed at Crossroads Community Ministries.
